The University of Thessaly participate through the group of original intelligent systems (https://is-innovation.eu) of the Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging, Department of Computer science, with Applications in Biomedicine. The team has experience and research interests relating to the processing and analysis of images and data from multiple sources, artificial intelligence, computational modelling and systems decision-making and inference, which we will utilize for the implementation of the corresponding tasks will be taken in the framework of the proposed project. The University of Thessaly was founded in 1984. The administrative and academic centre is located in the city of Volos and parts in the largest cities of central Greece, Larissa, Trikala, Karditsa and Tucson. No longer holds the 3rd position among the Greek Universities, and belongs in the top 5% of European Universities according to the Academic Ranking of Academic Performance.
